It is believed that in this case, the baby's legs after birth will have excessive curvature. Superstition is partly explainable from a medical point of view, but the danger lies elsewhere. Pregnant women often have problems with blood flow in the veins, and a similar pose can only aggravate the situation. Of course, this cannot affect the “curvature” of the baby’s legs, but certain troubles are quite real.

Superstition number 2. Sleeping on your back during pregnancy is highly undesirable

This is explained by the fact that the baby can suffocate. Everything here is also quite explainable. When a woman sleeps on her back, the vena cava is pinched tightly. This can lead to poor circulation, hemorrhoids and back pain in a future mother in labor.

Superstition number 3. Pregnant should not be denied
